Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During peak periods, processing times may be extended.
You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We are not liable for:
Incorrect addresses
Misdeliveries due to customer error
If a package is returned due to address issues, reshipping fees will apply.
If a package is returned to our company since they weren’t satisfied or don’t want to use the fragrance we will deduct $10, shipping label fees, and a 10% cancellation percentage from the original price. The partial refund will include all of these deductions and will be returned to the customer original payment method within 3-5 business days or sooner.
