DISCLAIMER

IMPORTANT: Our decants are always freshly prepared after an order is placed. We use sterile equipment to decant the fragrance into a bottle of the requested size (see pics). We are not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or supported by any of the brands whose products we supply, therefore we will never attempt to replicate, duplicate or copy any brand logo or trademarks nor infringe on intellectual property rights of these companies. We do however offer 100% genuine scents in a packaging which is fully designed and created by us.

You will not receive a licensed product in a licensed bottle. However, you will receive the original perfume in one of our custom labeled bottles of the size of your choice. We are not affiliated with the manufacturer of the perfume in any manner but we promise to always respect the artist behind each fragrance by passing their work to you in a 100% unadulterated way.  We will NEVER sell fakes, copies, dupes or diluted products.

All our samples are hand decanted from the original licensed design house fragrance. Decanted samples are not a licensed design house product. The customer will receive the original fragrance hand poured into a sterile vial. We are not affiliated with the design house in any manner. Only the fragrance itself is used from the original manufacturer with no infringement on intellectual property.

During peak periods, processing times may be extended.

You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

We are not liable for:

Incorrect addresses

Misdeliveries due to customer error

If a package is returned due to address issues, reshipping fees will apply.

If a package is returned to our company since they weren’t satisfied or don’t want to use the fragrance we will deduct $10, shipping label fees, and a 10% cancellation percentage from the original price. The partial refund will include all of these deductions and will be returned to the customer original payment method within 3-5 business days or sooner.
